By accessing or using Code Dream, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction)
  • Not create multiple accounts to gain unfair advantages
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

3. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Submit plagiarized or copied code
  • Use automated systems or bots to solve problems
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Share solutions to active contest problems
  • Manipulate rankings or contest results
  • Use the platform for any illegal purposes

4. Contests and Events

For paid contests and events:

  • Entry fees are non-refundable once the contest starts
  • Winners will be determined based on official scoring criteria
  • Prize distribution follows our published guidelines
  • We reserve the right to disqualify participants who violate rules
  • Disputes must be raised within 48 hours of contest completion

5. Payments and Wallet

Regarding financial transactions:

  • All payments are processed through secure payment gateways
  • Withdrawal requests are processed within 3-5 business days
  • Minimum withdrawal amount is ₹500
  • You are responsible for any taxes on your earnings
  • We reserve the right to withhold payments in case of suspected fraud

6. Intellectual Property

Content ownership:

  • You retain ownership of code you submit
  • By submitting code, you grant us a license to use it for evaluation
  • Problems, tests, and platform content are owned by Code Dream
  • You may not reproduce or redistribute our content without permission

7. Limitation of Liability

Code Dream is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or service interruptions.

8. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

  • Violate these Terms of Service
  • Engage in fraudulent activities
  • Abuse or harass other users
  • Attempt to compromise platform security

You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of India.
